| Our one-day speciality courses include two cookery sessions;
one in the morning and one after lunch, where we place an emphasis
on taste and presentation by using fresh, local and where possible,
organic ingredients.
The courses are run by Penny who originally trained in the UK.
Although for some years her family took up most of her time, she
always retained an interest in cooking and is involved in a successful
restaurant in the UK. She recently upgraded her own kitchens near
to Canterbury in order to run UK based courses.
All courses start at 10am and will finish at approximately 4:30pm.
Directions by car will be sent on booking.
